  • What happens if the car is damage during the rental period?

    In all cases, when you rent a car from AL-Wallan Trading Company, you are responsible for any and all loss or damage to the car resulting from any cause, including but not limited to, collision, rollover, theft, vandalism, seizure, fire, flood, hail or other acts of nature or God, regardless of fault.

  • I would like to keep my rental vehicle for a few days longer; is that possible?

    Yes. By contacting via phone or email to your renting location in order to request a rental extension. A confirmation of all amendments, including your updated rental cost, will be submitted to you via email.

  • Can I smoke in the car?

    No. Smoking in all of our rental vehicles is prohibited under all circumstances.

  • What do I do if I had an accident using a rented car form Wallan Rent a Car?

    As mentioned earlier renter is responsible for providing a police or Najm report, call the rental location and Emergency Roadside Assistance if the vehicle is not drivable.

  • Can I take the rental vehicle for off-roading?

    Off-roading is prohibited. Wallan Trading Company vehicles may be operated only on paved and regularly maintained roads.

  • May I change the time and location of return?

    Vehicles are due back on the date/time and to the location specified on the rental agreement. If you need to extend your rental, you must call the rental location directly. The location's phone number appears on your rental agreement. If you return to a different location without authorization, you may be charged a substantial fee and your rate may change as well.

  • Will there be an additional charge if I am late returning the rental vehicle?

    It should be noted that the rental period is 24 hours, which will be calculated on all returned cars that exceed one hour from the time of receipt. For example, if you received a car at 1 p.m. and the car is scheduled to be returned at 1 p.m. three days later, but instead the car is returned at 2 p.m., that delay will be calculated based on the cost of daily rent divided by 24 hours. Example: If the cost of daily rent is 240 riyals, it will be divided over 24 hours to make the cost of the extra hour 10 riyals.

  • Do you accept Cash or Money Orders?

    Cash is accepted at all time before or after rental.

  • Does AL Wallan have lost and found department?

    If you've left a personal item behind, immediately call the rental location at which you dropped off your rental vehicle so that their staff can check the vehicle personally. The phone number will be listed on your rental agreement. We highly recommend that you report your lost item as soon as possible. We'll do our best to find it. Please remember, however, that we are not responsible for items left behind.

  • How can I provide a comment or a feedback?

  • Am responsible for parking ticket and traffic violation?

    Please drive safely and observe all ordinances, rental customers are responsible for payment of any tolls, parking, and moving traffic violations along with a reasonable administrative fee. Payments for these violations may be processed by a Wallan designated agent.

  • What forms of payment are accepted for renting a car?

    A valid credit card (Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard) in the primary driver’s name must be present at pick-up in order to hire a vehicle. Pre-paid, Electron, and Debit cards will not be accepted. Please note that the credit card must be valid for at least six months following the rental date in order to be processed.

  • What happed if my reserved vehicle group is not available?

    If a vehicle in the reserved vehicle group is not available at time of rental, a higher vehicle group will be substituted at the confirmed rate.

  • I forget to return rental vehicle key. What do I do?

    Please contact the renting location and then mail in the keys to the location where you dropped off your rental vehicle. Please remember that you are responsible for the cost of replacing keys, which today can be very substantial.

  • Vehicle key was locked inside, what do I do?

    This can be solved by calling the renal location and the roadside assistance to unlock the vehicle a service charge is applicable

  • Can I return my rental vehicle to a different location?

    The customer must abide by the contract signed between the party which specifies the time and place of return of the rented car to him and in case the lessor wishes to extend the rent or change the date of return, you should contact the rental office and speak to the customer service officer directly. If the rented car is returned to a branch in a different city other than the receiving city, an additional fee will be added to the contract value.
